You can cancel orders free of cost before they have been shipped out.
Currently, we do not allow order cancellations post-shipment due to the bulky nature of our products and high shipping and handling costs.
In special cases, order cancellations post-shipment can be considered. However, we will refund the invoice amount subject to deduction of shipping and handling costs as well as reverse logistics costs.
We accept return requests for delivered products only in the following cases:
• If the product delivered is different from the product ordered.
• If the product delivered is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
• Return requests should be raised within 7 days from delivery.
• We generally do not offer returns or refunds for any other reasons except for the above.
The returned product will be exchanged with a new one. If an identical replacement is not available, we will recommend similar products. Or just give you a refund of the entire invoice value, with our apologies!
In special cases, other returns can be considered subject to reverse logistics and related costs applicable to the customer.
You will need to preserve the original invoice and shipping label of the products you wish to return.
Refunds generally take 15 business days to process.
